We are looking for a Visual & Motion Designer who will be responsible for creating high-quality
visual content that elevates our brand presence across platforms. You will collaborate with
marketing, social media, and content teams to produce static posts, carousel designs, blog
banners, and compelling video content, ranging from basic editing workflows to advanced motion
graphics.
Key Responsibilities
- Design static social media posts optimised for engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn,
- Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.
- Create visually compelling carousel content that communicates ideas clearly and creatively.
- Design banners and visuals for blog posts, campaigns, and landing pages aligned with brand
- guidelines.
- Produce and edit engaging videos, including basic edits and advanced motion graphics.
- Develop motion-based content, including animated intros, transitions, kinetic typography, and
- dynamic visual elements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate briefs into impactful creative output.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual and motion assets.
- Manage multiple deliverables efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
Requirements
- 25 years of professional experience in visual design and motion graphics.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro or equivalent
- tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in motion graphics, animation, and video editing workflows.
- A strong portfolio showcasing static design, carousel layouts, banners, and motion/video work.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of social media formats and platform-specific design best practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present creative ideas clearly.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
