Job Title: Regional Visual Merchandising Manager
Location: Bengaluru
Job Overview:
We are hiring a Regional Visual Merchandising Manager to lead end-to-end VM execution across multiple retail formats including Exclusive Brand Outlets, Multi-Brand Outlets, and General Trade within the Bengaluru region. The role is responsible for maintaining premium brand presentation, flawless execution, and high-speed campaign rollouts across flagship and high-footfall stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead VM execution across 70+ retail touchpoints in the region
- Ensure adherence to brand VM guidelines and planogram compliance
- Manage VM for new store openings and renovations with timely readiness
- Conduct regular VM audits and on-ground training for store teams
- Execute regional and national campaigns, pop-ups, and in-store activations
- Manage local vendors for fabrication, printing, and installations
- Collaborate with marketing, projects, and mall management teams
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in Design / Visual Merchandising / Fashion Communication
- 58 years of experience in VM (Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Luxury Retail preferred)
- Strong experience with flagship stores and metro city retail formats
- Excellent execution, coordination, and vendor management skills
