Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visual Merchandiser based in Indore. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for designing and implementing attractive visual displays, aligning product presentation with brand standards, and optimizing retail layouts to drive customer engagement. Daily tasks include planning window displays, preparing floor layouts, collaborating with the sales team to enhance customer experiences, and ensuring a consistent brand image throughout the store.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in visual and creative skills such as designing effective Window Displays and planning store layouts.
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate with the team and convey visual merchandising concepts clearly.
• Experience in Retail operations, including maintaining store aesthetics and product placement strategies.
• Customer Service and Sales skills to understand customer preferences and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attention to detail, organization, and a proactive approach to work are essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Relevant experience or a degree in fashion, merchandising, or a related field is advantageous.
