Job Description

The Role

You will be responsible for :

Understanding the global brand strategy and visual guidelines and adapting them to domestic market needs.
Presenting products in-store and in windows in a way to attract customers and encourage sales.
Executing design strategy of the brand by proposing design solutions and resolving issues related store design project management.
Ensuring installations are compliant with architecture guidelines and concepts.
Providing teams with guidance on correct material usage or samples that are locally obtainable and matched to store design guidelines.
Coach staff on VM execution.
Providing regular reporting and feedback to management on VM performance and inventory flow.

Ideal Profile

You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Consumer.
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
