Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Visual Merchandiser. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for designing and implementing attractive visual displays in retail spaces, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and promotional activities. Key tasks include creating appealing layouts, monitoring product placement, analyzing sales data to optimize merchandising strategies, and maintaining shop floor aesthetics. The individual will collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and store managers to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth.

• Experience in Visual Merchandising, Display Design, and Product Placement
• Strong understanding of Retail Trends and Consumer Behavior

• Working knowledge of Visual Merchandising Tools and Software
• Prior experience in a similar retail or merchandising role is an advantage
