In order to engage customers and help stimulate sales activity, it is imperative to create and maintain a compelling presentation of merchandise, ensuring that the image and style of the company is projected at all times.

- Expertise with graphic design software like Photoshop, Coral Draw, Illustrator, Indesign etc.
- Knack/eye for design.
- Negotiation skills to secure quality products from vendors.
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment.

KRA1 VM Creatives for Brand - Responsible for designing window displays for EBOs, B&S stores.
- Responsible for prop development for EBOs, B&S stores.
- Support in store designs (trial room artworks, shield artworks etc.) for specific stores.
- Create artworks for offer communications on basis of inputs (stores, offer dates etc.) from Operations team.
- Support in designing planograms for stores.
- Prepare adaptations of window displays.
KRA2 Negotiations with Vendors - Acquire and compare quotations from vendors to ensure procurement of quality products at the least possible price.
- Get dockets for creative purchases.
KRA3 Secondary research - On the basis of concepts from the Design team, conduct secondary research into international brands using online resources (style sites etc.).
- Conduct market visits (malls, retail stores etc.) to observe language communicated by competitors in visual displays.
KRA4 Seasonal visuals - Receive seasonal visuals from Marketing post photoshoots and develop adaptations of same for Retail.
- Communicate guidelines for seasonal visuals to Retail.
KRA5 Updating the VM Manual - Collate data and regularly update VM Manual for faades and window displays of stores.
KRA6 Feedback - Provide regular and constructive feedback to stores on their displays to ensure they are in line with concept.
