Wavelaps is a creative-tech powerhouse specializing in the next frontier: Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and Generative AI. We are looking for a Visual Experience Leada creative powerhouse who will own the visual soul of our company and our products.

This isn't a role for someone who just wants to take a brief. This is for a designer who wants to lead, experiment, and define what the future of immersive tech looks like.

You will be the primary creative voice at Wavelaps. Your goal is to bridge the gap between high-level technology and stunning human experiences through 2D, 3D, and Video.

• Lead the Aesthetic: You will set the visual standard for Wavelaps. From the look of a VR environment to the vibe of an AI-generated video, you are the final word on design.
• Immersive Content Creation: Design high-fidelity 3D assets and spatial layouts that feel real in AR/VR. (No codingjust pure visual craft).
• GenAI Pioneer: Use cutting-edge AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Sora, etc.) to rapidly prototype and create assets that would normally take weeks in just hours.
• Brand & Motion Storytelling: Create cinematic motion graphics and static designs that explain complex tech in a way that gets people excited.
• User-Centric Design: Map out how a user feels when they enter a virtual space or interact with an AI interface.

We value agility and taste over years in a corporate cubicle.

• Design First, Tech Second: You don't need to code, but you must be a master of the software that brings ideas to life (Adobe Suite, Blender, Figma, etc.).
• Speed is Your Superpower: You are a maker. You prefer building a quick 3D prototype over sitting in a 2-hour meeting.
• Eager & Curious: You are likely the person who spends their weekends trying out the latest AI design beta or exploring a new VR app.
• Long-term Thinker: You are looking for a place to grow your career and your portfolio alongside a company that is pushing boundaries.

• 3D Mastery: Blender or Cinema 4D (for spatial assets).
• Video & Motion: After Effects, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Static Design: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma.
• GenAI Proficiency: Expert-level prompting and workflow integration with AI creative tools.
