Hiring: UX / UI Designer / Visual Communicator

Empact Studio is looking for a Visual Communication Designer with a strong focus on UI/UX to join our in-house team in Mumbai. You'll work on websites, app interfaces, presentations, and branded digital assets that clearly communicate ideas and enhance user experience. This role requires a balance of creative thinking and practical execution, with an eye for clean design and user flow. We also as an experience design studio us the principals of UX and UI into the Experience Design and User Flow of what we designing.

Design intuitive and visually consistent UI for websites, mobile, and experiences

Do UX based research to help in XD (Experience Design) and align with the team.

Create visual systems, design assets, and templates that align with brand strategy

Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes using tools like Figma etc

Work closely with content, spatial, and technical teams to ensure unified outcomes

Design pitch decks, presentations, and digital content for internal and client use

Maintain consistency of visual identity across all digital platforms

Minimum 1 year of experience in UI/UX / visual communication design

A strong portfolio demonstrating both user interface design and brand communication work

Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop

Understanding of responsive web design and user-centered design principles

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Bonus: familiarity with After Effects or motion design tools
