Role Overview:
As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating clean, modern, and industry-relevant designs across digital platforms. You will work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to shape how our brand looks and feels. This role requires a strong balance of visual aesthetics, UI thinking, and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design website UI layouts (especially landing pages and homepages)
Create visual assets for:
- Marketing campaigns
- Social media
- Presentations & pitch decks
- Print materials (brochures, hoardings, banners, etc.)
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and quality implementation
- Translate business requirements into clear visual hierarchies
- Create design systems, components, and style guides when required
- Review and improve existing designs for usability and visual clarity
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Visual / UI Designer
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator (any two required)
- Solid understanding of:
- Typography
- Color theory
- Layout & spacing
- Experience designing web and digital interfaces
- Ability to design for professional, trust-driven industries
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to explain and justify design decisions
Good to Have:
- Experience in real estate / construction / B2B industries
- Basic understanding of UX principles
- Knowledge of responsive design
