Visual Designer / Visualizer

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Visual Designer with a strong understanding of layout, visual storytelling, and campaign design. The ideal candidate should have 12 years of experience in a design house or advertising agency and be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

Fluency in English and Marathi is essential to understand creative briefs and collaborate effectively on multilingual campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visuals based on copy provided by the creative or content teams.
• Design high-quality, professional layouts across various mediums including print, digital, and social.
• Understand the target audience, campaign objectives, and brand tone to ensure relevant and impactful visual output.
• Collaborate with copywriters and strategists during brainstorming sessions for campaign concepts and content buckets.
• Develop creative assets for social media, brochures, advertisements, and more.
• Produce illustrations, typographic layouts, photo manipulations, and develop unique visual styles when required.
• Design mockups, client presentations, and PPT decks that reflect brand guidelines and creative direction.
• Work independently as well as part of a creative team to deliver projects on time.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign

• Strong visual design sense and understanding of design principles.
• Good command of English and Marathi for interpreting briefs and copy.
• Ability to ideate and conceptualize designs for various communication mediums.
• Strong attention to detail, layout, and typography.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Fine Arts / Design from a recognized School of Art.

Experience

• 1224 months of relevant experience in a design house or advertising agency.
