Role Overview

The Visual Designer at ULOOK will be tasked with building, developing and maintaining our visual ecosystem.They will be responsible for ensuring that our brand identity and product interfaces reflect the sophistication of our autonomous RF signal intelligence technology.

This role will focus on driving design endeavours across all external-facing platforms, translating complex conceptual facets into professional, high-fidelity visual communications for partners in the defense and aerospace sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, original illustrations and graphics, adapting to varying modalities ranging from investor decks and whitepapers to digital content and event materials.
• Contribute to the evolution of ULOOK's visual identity by assisting in the creation of brand standards and iteratively refining them.
• Maintain a unified brand voice across all artifacts, ensuring creative excellence through visual consistency across deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Science in Design, Fine Arts related fields.
• Strong portfolio depicting definitive style and range and the ability to handle complex or technical subject matter.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma and Canva, with a high degree of comfort across both digital and print mediums.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Prior internship or experience in design, animation or brand management specifically within the startup ecosystem.
• The ability to build brand systems or templates that help standardize a growing organization's visual output.
• High ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
