About Pluto Mobility
We are building Pluto Mobility, which is a scooter-sized 3W EVs purpose-built for last-mile delivery that can carry 2 more orders per trip and reduce delivery costs per order. We operate our in-house vehicles to provide delivery services for brands.
Role Overview
We're looking for a Visual Communication Designer to work closely with our marketing, leadership, and internal teams to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Communication
- Design visual assets for marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Create social media creatives, website visuals, brochures, and brand collateral
- Maintain and evolve Pluto's visual identity across touchpoints
Stakeholder & Business Communication
- Design high-quality decks for investor updates, partnerships, and leadership presentations
- Visualize data, processes, and concepts for internal and external communication
- Work closely with leadership to craft sharp, narrative-driven presentations
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and leadership teams
- Translate technical and operational concepts into simple, visual formats
- Ensure consistency in visual language across teams and initiatives
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
- Strong visual design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, hierarchy)
- Experience designing presentations, brand assets, and digital creatives
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to think in systems, not just individual designs
- Strong attention to detail and narrative clarity
Good to Have
- Experience working with startups, tech, mobility, logistics, or hardware brands
- Basic understanding of motion design or video (After Effects / Premiere)
- Ability to interpret data and turn it into clear visuals
