We're Hiring: Visual Designer at LaFetch

LaFetch is India's freshest fashion marketplace homegrown brands, delivered in 60 minutes across Delhi NCR.

We're moving fast, building big, and telling stories through design every single day.

And now we need someone who can make LaFetch look as premium, bold, and scroll-stopping as it feels.

This isn't a make some creatives role.

This is a brand-shaping role.

You'll be part of the core 01 team the ones defining how India visually experiences LaFetch across our app, website, socials, and every single touchpoint.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Designing high-performing sales ads that actually convert
• Creating product ads that make homegrown fashion look editorial-level good
• Building website sale banners that feel fast, clean, and premium
• Designing website brand banners that maintain our identity
• Creating SEO-friendly design assets for better visibility
• Making static posts for LinkedIn and MAG (clean, crisp, aesthetic)
• Crafting MAG post designs with an editorial vibe
• Creating illustrations that level up our visual storytelling

If it's visual, static, polished, and needs to look premium it comes to you.

The Basics (read this carefully)

This is not a breezy 95.

This is 100% or nothing.

We're based in Delhi NCR (Gurgaon).

Someone from here is preferred.

If you're from another state and ready to commit, welcome just note that travel & accommodation aren't covered separately (it's included in your pay).

This is an onsite, 5-days-a-week role.

Because honestly, the real energy, collaboration, and chaos only happen when we're all in the same room.

Weekends (Sat-Sun) are off go unwind your way.

• A designer who obsesses over typography, spacing, and good aesthetics
• Someone who looks at ads online and immediately thinks I can make this better
• Comfortable working fast because we move fast
• A design thinker who knows the difference between aesthetics and performance
• Someone who gets fashion, culture, trends, and premium branding
• A person who loves experimenting and building fresh visual directions
• Someone who cares about the tiny details even when no one is watching

Who We're Looking For

• Strong grasp of composition, brand systems, and clean design
• Comfortable with Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma
• Experience in ads, banners, illustrations, statics, and brand visuals
• Someone who can turn references into polished creatives quickly
• A designer who wants ownership, not just tasks
