Job Description

We are looking for a Visual Designer who can take brand and design ownership across our leading exhibitions and events, including TTF, OTM, BLTM, WTE and Municipalika.

This is not just a pure execution role. We are looking for someone who can understand the essence of each show, translate that understanding into strong, consistent visual communication, and lead key design verticals across the event lifecycle.

The role will have a strong focus on 1-to-1 marketing, especially email marketing creatives and social media marketing, as well as the development of a wide range of marketing andsales collateral used before, during, and after the event.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing high-quality creatives for email marketing and social media campaigns
  • Developing sales and marketing collaterals such as brochures, reports, presentations, videos, corporate videos and promotional assets
  • Creating design materials that capture the positioning and essence of each event and support the sales team effectively
  • Handling on-site event branding, including conference backdrops, venue branding, signage and other essential collaterals
  • Designing select print advertisements, newspaper ads and out-of-home creatives
  • Creating post-event reports, highlight decks and other client-facing materials
  • Leading one or more design verticals independently and ensuring consistency, quality and timelines across deliverables.
  • Taking ownership of brand and visual communication for assigned shows

Ideal profile:

  • 510 years of relevant experience in design
  • Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Good understanding of branding, layout, typography and visual storytelling
  • Experience in marketing collateral design, digital campaigns, print design and event branding
  • Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into effective creative output
  • Comfortable working across multiple brands and fast-moving deadlines
  • Experience in events, exhibitions, media, advertising, B2B marketing or a similar environment would be an advantage
  • Video editing/motion graphics sensibility would be a plus

We are looking for someone who can bring both creative thinking and ownership and help elevate the design quality and brand consistency across our shows.
