Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida, where the Visual Designer will be an integral part of the creative team. The role involves creating visually stunning and brand-consistent designs for various projects, including marketing campaigns, event branding, and digital assets. Daily responsibilities include visual design, graphic design, conceptualizing branding strategies, creating graphics for events, and supporting web design initiatives. The Visual Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesion and innovation in all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Visual Design and Graphic Design with a focus on delivering exceptional visual content
• Experience in Branding and the creation of cohesive brand identities and strategies
• Ability to create high-quality Graphics for a variety of platforms and mediums
• Knowledge of Web Design principles and tools
• Strong understanding of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and a knack for translating concepts into compelling visuals
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-disciplinary teams
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
• 1-3 years of professional experience in design or a related field is highly desirable
• Knowledge of event industry design trends and ability to create audience-engaging visuals is a plus
