Role Overview:

We're looking for a Visual Designer who understands that AI is a multiplier, not a deterrent. This role is for someone who can combine strong design fundamentals with AI-enabled workflows to deliver high-volume, tasteful brand communication at speed, without compromising consistency or craft.

You'll work across brand, product, performance, and internal communications, helping scale design output while maintaining Delhivery's visual language.

What You'll Do:

• Ability to take a marketing objective and convert copy into a clear static creative that conveys the intended message

• Use AI tools as part of the design workflow (image generation, layout exploration, visual variations, rapid iteration)

• Create assets for social media, campaigns, presentations, web, banners, brochures, and on-ground branding

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative outputs

• Ensure consistency in brand language across all communication touchpoints

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of professional marketing design experience with well-known brands in India

• Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, colour, hierarchy, and composition

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)

• Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, Figma AI, or equivalent

• Ability to direct AI outputs with clear prompts and refine results using strong design judgement

• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency

• Understanding of social media formats and performance-driven creatives
