Job Description
- Between 7-10 years of experience into Visual Designing
- Masters or Bachelors in UX/Design or any bachelor course with Visual Design certification from reputed institutes.
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to final implementation, for products and solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project goals, user requirements, and success metrics.
- Play a role in developing and nurturing the design team's skills and capabilities.
- Influence and advocate for design-led thinking throughout the organization.
- Develop creative programs and design concepts aligned with the organization's business objectives and brand strategies.
- Drive the development of a cohesive design system that ensures consistency and enhances the overall user experience.
- Create and ensure high-quality design outputs and production through rigorous quality control measures.
- Champion design principles within the organization and advocate for the importance of a seamless design experience
Provides guidance and coaching to team members on designs, explaining key concepts to adhere to best practices, as well as mentoring team at various phases
