About the role

We're hiring a Visual Designer to help us design high-quality websites and digital experiences for B2B technology companies.

You'll work across marketing websites, landing pages, visual systems, product storytelling and brand-led digital experiences, alongside a small design team.

This is a design-first role.

We're looking for someone with strong visual taste who understands typography, layout, hierarchy, composition and how all of those things come together on a website.

At the same time, we're increasingly using AI throughout our design process, and we want someone who is curious about new tools and new ways of working.

You don't need to be an engineer.

But if you're the kind of designer who experiments with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, image-generation tools, Webflow or whatever comes next, you'll probably enjoy working with us.

What you'll do

• Work on brand identities and visual systems
• Design marketing websites and landing pages
• Translate brand systems into polished digital experiences
• Explore visual directions across typography, layout, imagery, color and composition
• Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet and mobile
• Work closely with the team from concept to final design
• Review live builds and make sure they match the intended design
• Use AI tools to explore ideas, prototype and improve your workflow
• Take ownership of your work from brief to final output

What you should bring

• A strong portfolio with website design and brading work
• Previous experience designing websites or landing pages
• Experience working on branding or visual identity projects
• Strong typography, layout, hierarchy and composition skills
• Great command of Figma
• Strong understanding of responsive web design
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Comfort working independently and taking ownership
• Curiosity about AI and new design tools

We're a small team, and we intentionally want to keep it that way.

We care more about doing great work with a smaller number of clients than trying to become a high-volume agency.

That means you'll get to work closely with the rest of the design team, our delivery manager and the founder, and you'll have a lot more ownership than you would in a larger agency.
