Job Description
About the job Visual Designer Own the visual identity of a fast-growing, Accel-backed AI startup Fibr AI | HSR Layout, Bangalore | Full-Time | In-office About the Role Got an eye for design and a love for making complex things look effortless This is your shot to own the entire visual language of Fibr.ai, across marketing, brand, product storytelling, and social. Your work will directly shape how a fast-growing AI startup shows up to the world. You'll work hand in hand with founders and the marketing team, turning bold ideas into visuals that are modern, memorable, and impossible to scroll past. What Working With Us Looks Like Your work won't just live inside Fibr's own brand. You'll often get to shape how other respected businesses present themselves visually, including reimagining their web presence end to end. That's a level of trust and credibility not every design role offers this early in a career. You'll work directly with founders and the marketing team, with real access to decision makers, fast feedback loops, and the chance to shape brand direction early on, not just execute a brief. You'll work across a rich mix of formats, from product explainers to campaign content to decks, and get to enjoy real variety in what you design day to day. You take creative briefs and run with them, bringing your own point of view while staying aligned with brand direction. You're a proactive problem solver, someone who spots what needs attention and acts on it rather than waiting to be asked. Great design here is a craft we shape together. You'll collaborate closely with the team to refine ideas until they truly land. As an early stage team, roles flex a bit. One week might be pure visual design, another might involve jumping in on a campaign asset. We love people who enjoy that kind of variety. We're building something long term, and we're looking for someone excited to grow with the company and the mission. Your Work Will Include (a.k.a. What You'll Get To Create) Designing marketing graphics, campaign assets, website visuals, and product explainers Creating social content, email graphics, ads, landing page assets, and presentation decks Producing UI inspired visuals that bring our product story alive Contributing to brand evolution, visual identity, and creative direction (Preferred) Creating short motion graphics, animations, and micro interactions Collaborating with product teams to maintain a cohesive design system Brainstorming creative concepts for launches, campaigns, and events Culture & Values Founder close, low bureaucracy: We're a small, AI native team of about 30 people. You'll have direct visibility into decisions and direction, not layers of sign off. Ownership over instructions: We value people who take a problem and run with it, not just execute tasks. Craft over speed alone: We care about getting things right. Design here is refined collaboratively, not rushed and forgotten. We celebrate the people, not just the output We build community, not just a workplace: in office meals, pantry snacks, and monthly turf sports evenings help the team stay connected outside of pure work. AI first mindset: we expect and encourage the use of AI tools across design, content, and workflows. This is core to how we operate, not an afterthought. Long term builders wanted: we're looking for people who want to grow with the company's mission, not just a role or a single manager. What We're Looking For Must have skills: About 2 years of experience as a visual designer, graphic designer, or brand designer Strong design fundamentals: layout, typography, color, composition Proficiency with Illustrator, Canva, and Figma Ability to think visually and translate product concepts into clean, modern graphics (bonus if you also know Framer) A self starter mindset, comfortable taking a brief and running with it, and equally comfortable asking for direction when needed Enjoys collaborating closely with the team to shape and refine ideas until they land well Creativity, attention to detail, and a product focused design mindset Ability to deliver high quality work across multiple formats (web, social, presentations) Comfortable working with AI tools for design (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, etc.) Experience with AI image generation, prompt crafting, and AI assisted creative workflows Strong work ethic and reliability, someone the team can count on Portfolio and resume required; a portfolio of past work is highly preferred Preferred but not mandatory: Motion graphics or animation experience (After Effects, Premiere, or similar) Hands on experience with Framer (big plus), or familiarity with Webflow and website design principles Experience designing for SaaS, AI, or tech products Prior startup or fast paced environment experience Skills Graphic Design, Design, Visual Design, UI/UX Design, Brand Design & Strategy
