About The Role
Insurance does not have to look dull and neither should our design. We are looking for a Visual Designer who can turn complex ideas into clear, striking visuals. You will help shape how millions of users see and experience ACKO across product screens, campaigns, and brand touch-points. What You Will Do
- Create beautiful, user-focused designs for our app, website, and marketing campaigns
- Understand product journeys and identify where design can improve clarity and delight
- Work with product designers, marketers, and developers to maintain a consistent visual language
- Contribute to our design system so everything from icons to illustrations feels cohesive
- Share fresh ideas and creative perspectives during team brainstorms
- Stay curious and keep learning new tools, trends, and techniques
- Deliver visuals that directly impact how customers discover, understand, and trust our products
What We Are Looking For
- Strong portfolio showing excellent craft, attention to detail, and visual problem-solving
- 35 years of experience in product motion design or interaction design with a strong motion focus
- Solid understanding of designing for digital products
- Good sense of typography, colour, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Comfortable collaborating with teams and explaining design choices
- Proficiency in Figma, AI tools and Adobe Creative Suite
- Eagerness to learn and experiment with new ideas and approaches
Bonus skills: motion design, illustration, or side projects that show creativity and personality
