Job Description
- Lead and inspire a team of visual designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure design quality and innovation.
- Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for digital and print materials, including websites, mobile apps, marketing collaterals, and presentations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, brand guidelines, and user needs, and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Arrange brainstorming sessions, providing creative input and ideas to designers for enhancing design projects.
- Ensure design consistency, coherence, and adherence to design standards across all projects and platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
- Conduct design reviews, feedback sessions, and iterations to refine and enhance visual designs based on user feedback and data insights.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and design assets to support scalability and efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts are delivered within project timelines and meet the desired quality standards.
Qualifications must have:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field.
Essential to have:
- Proven experience as a Visual Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design leadership and innovative design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to inspire creativity, foster a collaborative environment, and drive design excellence.
- Experience with UX/UI design, user research, and usability testing is a plus.
