Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per year

Role Overview

We're hiring a Visual Content Designer to create high-impact visuals across social media, ads, and campaigns.

This role focuses on fast execution + strong fundamentals + content adaptability.

You are not expected to be a senior strategist, but you must understand what works on digital platforms.

What You'll Do

• Design social media creatives (Instagram, WhatsApp, ads, banners)
• Create Reels, short videos, and basic product/demo videos
• Design product launch creatives and campaign visuals
• Adapt designs across formats (social, ads, web)
• Maintain brand consistency across all outputs
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams
• Deliver creatives optimized for engagement and clarity

Must-Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience in:

• Canva
• Adobe Tools:Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro

Ability to handle both static and basic video content

Understanding of social media formats and trends

Strong fundamentals in:

• Typography
• Layout & composition
• Color usage

Good-to-Have (Not Mandatory)

• After Effects (basic motion graphics)
• Template/system-based design thinking
