The Role: You'll be our first marketing hire.
No assist the senior marketing manager energy there is no senior marketing manager. It's you, a Canva account, ChatGPT, and a mandate to make KnackLabs impossible to ignore.
What You'll Actually Do
- Run meetups & events organize AI/tech community events in Hyderabad. Real humans, real conversations, real brand.
- Own LinkedIn outreach craft lead messages that don't read like spam. Build campaigns that open doors to enterprise decision-makers.
- Create content that educates LinkedIn posts, Instagram reels, carousels. Not AI is transforming the world fluff. Actual insight. Stuff engineers respect.
- Build our brand from zero to oh yeah, the AI agents company. That's the job.
Who You Are
- Fresh out of college (or close). No experience required. Hunger required.
- You live on social media and understand what makes people stop scrolling
- You write people actually read it well, not just good grammar well
- You already use AI tools daily ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, whatever. If you haven't touched them, this isn't the role
- You're not waiting for instructions. You're three ideas ahead
