Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented photographer with 2–3 years of experience to join our digital marketing agency. The role involves capturing high-quality visual content for brands across industries, including social media, websites, ad campaigns, and marketing collateral. You should have a strong eye for composition, storytelling, and brand consistency.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute photoshoots for products, corporate profiles, events, and lifestyle content
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to understand campaign requirements and visual direction
- Capture images aligned with brand guidelines and marketing goals
- Edit and retouch images for digital platforms, ensuring high-quality output
- Manage lighting, angles, props, and setups for both indoor and outdoor shoots
- Coordinate with models, clients, and team members during shoots
- Deliver content optimized for platforms like Instagram, websites, and ads
- Maintain and organize photography equipment and digital assets
- Stay updated with current photography trends, social media aesthetics, and content styles
Must-Have Skills
Strong photography fundamentals (lighting, framing, composition, color theory)
Hands-on experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and lenses
Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Lightroom
- Adobe Illustrator (basic to intermediate)
- Adobe Premiere Pro (for basic video editing)
- Image retouching and color grading expertise
- Understanding of social media content requirements and formats
- Ability to work within brand guidelines
- Basic knowledge of video shooting (Reels, Shorts, BTS content)
- Good communication and coordination skills
Complimentary / Good-to-Have Skills
- AI-led design tools (e.g., generative AI for creatives, image enhancement tools)
- Experience with Canva or similar quick-design platforms
- Motion graphics or basic animation skills
- Knowledge of content strategy and digital marketing workflows
- Styling sense (props, wardrobe coordination, aesthetic direction)
- Experience in product photography, fashion shoots, or influencer content
- Familiarity with studio lighting setups
- Basic knowledge of social media ads creatives

- 2-3 years of professional photography experience
- Prior experience working with brands or agencies is a plus
