Job Description

Studio Paperheads is looking for a Visual Communication Designer to join our growing team of curious minds and sharp creatives.

This role is focused on creating impactful digital content and campaigns, where you'll transform strategic ideas into engaging visual stories across platforms. You'll work on everything from content ideation and design execution for ongoing brand communication.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute visual communication across digital campaigns, social media, and other brand touchpoints.
  • Take complete ownership of one or more brands, including content planning, creative direction, and execution.
  • Create animations and illustrations that bring ideas to life across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with senior designers and strategists to maintain creative consistency across touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience working at a reputed design studio or creative agency.
  • Bachelor's degree in a design-related field is mandatory. Applicants with diplomas or certifications will not be considered.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, AfterEffects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop)
  • Strong skills in illustration and animation.
  • Experience in motion graphics is a strong plus.
  • A strong grasp of content creation and storytelling for digital and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Runway) to enhance creative exploration.
