We are seeking a Visual Communication Designer (Marketing) who can translate ideas into high-impact visual content that strengthens our brand presence and supports sales and marketing efforts. The role requires someone who can work at speed with high-quality output, proactively bring ideas to the table, and leverage the latest AI tools to improve turnaround times and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging presentations, proposals, whitepapers, and reports that communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, social media creatives, and event-related promotional assets
- Create videos and motion-based content to support campaigns and storytelling
- Enhance and maintain brand assets and visual identity across all touchpoints
- Design landing pages, microsites, and marketing-focused web pages
- **Utilize AI-powered design tools (Adobe Firefly, Runway, MidJourney, etc.) to accelerate workflows**
- Ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery of all design materials
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to create assets that directly support business goals
- Apply sales/marketing mindset, understanding audience needs, campaign objectives, and commercial impact
- Work proactively, contributing ideas, strengthening visibility, brand identity, and market presence
Requirements
- **B.Des Visual Communication / Branding preferred**
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Comfortable with AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Runway, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion)
- Strong understanding of sales/marketing fundamentals and business goals
- Proven portfolio: marketing decks, proposals, social creatives, **videos, brand identity**
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills in English
