We are looking for a skilled VBA Developer with strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online to design and deliver scalable automation and business solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Excel VBA applications, macros, and automation tools
- Design and build solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps (Canvas Apps), and Power Automate
- Automate workflows for approvals, reporting, and data processing
- Create interactive Excel dashboards to analyze and compare large datasets
- Integrate data using SQL, MS Access, and Dataverse
- Migrate legacy solutions (InfoPath to Power Apps, On-Prem to Online environments)
- Develop PowerShell scripts for SharePoint provisioning, administration, and governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities
- Ensure proper documentation, version control, and adherence to best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 34 years of hands-on experience as a VBA Developer
- Strong expertise in Excel VBA, Macros, and Advanced Excel
- Experience working with SharePoint Online
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas Apps) and Power Automate
- Working knowledge of SQL, MS Access, and Dataverse
- Experience in workflow automation and approval processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with Power BI
- Exposure to SharePoint governance and security best practices
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem
