Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Visiting Professor role located in Navi Mumbai. The Visiting Professor will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging, entrepreneurship-focused educational programs to inspire students to develop innovative and practical business strategies. Key responsibilities include preparing course materials, mentoring students, conducting workshops, evaluating student progress, and staying current with trends in entrepreneurship and education. The role requires regular collaboration with faculty and institutional stakeholders to provide a transformational learning experience that aligns with the institute's mission.

Qualifications

• Strong academic or professional background in Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, or related fields
• Excellent teaching and mentoring skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations and lectures
• Hands-on experience in starting or managing entrepreneurial ventures, business development, or innovation
• Proficiency in curriculum development, course design, and workshop facilitation
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and guide students
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and other academic stakeholders in an on-site setting
• Relevant academic degrees, such as a Master's, MBA, or PhD in related areas (preferred)
• Experience in promoting entrepreneurial culture and awareness will be an added advantage
