Job Description

  • Act as a key Business Analyst supporting VisionPlus Testing initiatives within the cards domain.
  • Bridge business needs and technical teams by translating requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
  • Drive business process improvements, cost optimization, and successful implementation of changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Perform detailed analysis of VisionPlus card processing workflows and testing scenarios.
  • Analyze complex data sets to support business decisions and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, functional specifications, and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency within cards processing systems.
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver tailored, effective solutions.
  • Design and deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to support adoption of new processes and systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in VisionPlus Testing with strong domain knowledge in cards and payment systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business data.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively in fast-paced project environments.
  • High attention to detail with strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
