Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Visa Filing Executive for an on-site role located in Panchkula. The role involves managing visa applications, preparing and organizing documentation, and ensuring compliance with visa regulations. You will liaise with clients, gather necessary information, and provide guidance on visa processes. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with embassies, consulates, and other institutions to track applications and resolve any issues that may arise.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of visa filing, documentation preparation, and immigration guidelines specifically New Zealand student visa.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist clients and coordinate with relevant authorities
• Proficiency in organizational and time management skills to handle multiple applications simultaneously
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills to ensure compliance with visa requirements
• Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and visa application software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in visa processing or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification is advantageous
