Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Visa Executive. The Visa Executive will be responsible for managing the visa application process, providing guidance to clients on visa documentation, and ensuring compliance with country-specific regulations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with embassies, consulates, and clients, verifying documents, and maintaining up-to-date records of visa processing requirements. Additionally, the role may involve addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues related to visa applications.

Qualifications

• Experience in visa documentation and processing, with knowledge of rules and regulations for various countries
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and record-keeping
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and consulates professionally
• Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve visa-related issues efficiently
• Experience in the travel industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in any field; additional certifications in travel and tourism are a plus
