Job Description for Travel Consultant-cum-Visa Executive:

He/she will be responsible for understanding clients travel requirements and asking relevant questions to gather as much information as possible.

Answering emails and telephone queries of the clients pertaining to travel and visa.

Assist our clients in completing and submitting required paperwork for visa purposes.

Preparing and thorough checking of list of documents required for visa.

Assist our clients in seeking appointments for submission of Visa application Mobile Biometrics and entire process of visa application.

Entering visa applications onto the system.

Providing friendly service and building professional relationships with clients.

Qualifications and experience required:

Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word/Excel/Power Point).

A bachelor's degree in any field. Bachelor's degree in hospitality, travel and tourism, or similar field will be preferred.

Excellent communication skills with knowledge of visa process and tourism industry.

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of computer reservations systems and e-travelling

Job type: Full time -on site (work from office) on a permanent basis.

Shift: Day shift only

Location: Kharadi

Weekly off: 4th Saturday and all Sundays

Salary: 3,20,0003,60,000CTCperannum
