Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Counselor, located in Gandhinagar. The Visa Counselor will assist clients with their immigration and study abroad processes, providing guidance on documentation, application procedures, and visa requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients, collecting and reviewing documents, preparing visa applications, and coordinating with relevant authorities. The counselor will also address client inquiries and ensure a seamless visa process.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in visa documentation, application procedures, and immigration policies
• Excellent communication, client handling, and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and administrative skills to efficiently manage applications and schedules
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under deadlines
• Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic environment
• Prior experience in visa counseling or immigration consulting is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field
• Knowledge of multiple languages is considered a plus
