Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Counselor, based in Patiala. The Visa Counselor will guide clients through the process of obtaining visas, including consulting and assisting with document preparation, visa applications, and related procedures. Key responsibilities include advising clients on visa requirements and eligibility criteria, staying updated on immigration policies, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth and successful application process.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of visa application processes and immigration policies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple applications efficiently
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Ability to provide clear and comprehensive guidance to clients
- Experience with customer relationship management tools is a plus
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Management, Communication, or Immigration Services is preferred
- Familiarity with visa requirements for countries like Canada, the USA, Australia, and the UK is advantageous
