Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Counselor, based in Gandhinagar. The Visa Counselor will assist clients with their visa applications by providing accurate information, guiding them through documentation requirements, and addressing queries. Key responsibilities include evaluating clients eligibility for specific visa programs, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies, and ensuring all applications meet legal and regulatory standards. The role involves clear communication with clients, coordination with internal teams, and maintaining confidentiality throughout the process.
