Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Counselor, based in Ludhiana. The Visa Counselor will guide and assist clients through the visa application process. Primary responsibilities include providing accurate information about study and immigration programs, evaluating client profiles, preparing and reviewing applications, and ensuring compliance with visa requirements. The Visa Counselor will also maintain client records, coordinate with educational institutions or embassies, and provide consistent follow-up throughout the process.

• Proficiency in counseling and client relationship management
• Knowledge of visa processes, immigration policies, and student applications
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using relevant software or tools for data management
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Prior experience in immigration consulting or education counseling is preferred
• Graduate degree in a relevant field is preferred
