This is a full-time on-site role for a VISA Counsellor at our Ludhiana office. The role entails providing personalized visa counselling services to clients, guiding them through the application process for various visa types such as study and work visas. The selected candidate will handle client consultations, prepare necessary documentation, communicate with embassy representatives, and ensure compliance with visa guidelines. Additionally, the VISA Counsellor will maintain accurate records of client files and provide updates throughout the visa process.

• Strong knowledge of visa procedures for study, work, and tourist categories
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
• Organizational and documentation skills to ensure error-free application submissions
• Proficiency in computer applications and data management tools
• Ability to counsel and guide individuals in making informed decisions
• Experience in immigration consultancy or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in multiple languages is considered an asset
• Graduate degree in a relevant field such as International Relations, Business, or Counseling
