Role Summary:
We are seeking proactive and client-focused Visa Counsellors to guide clients through the end-to-end visa processfrom consultation to document submissionproviding accurate advice and timely updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel clients on visa types, eligibility, and documentation.
- Assist with application forms and submission.
- Stay updated on immigration rules and regulations.
- Communicate with clients professionally via calls, emails, and in person.
- Review documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with embassies/consulates as required.
- Maintain records and follow up on application status.
- Escalate complex cases when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in visa counselling, immigration, or related customer service.
- Strong knowledge of visa processes and documentation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; able to multitask and work independently.
