Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a dynamic professional interested in joining Amin Migration LLP. Responsibilities include providing personalized consultation on visa services, assisting with the application and documentation process, and ensuring clients comply with all visa regulations. The ideal candidate will also deliver exceptional customer service, maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration guidelines, and collaborate with team members to meet organizational goals.

• Strong understanding of visa application processes, document preparation, and compliance with immigration laws.
• Excellent communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and guide clients.
• Proficiency in organizational skills, time management, and multitasking to handle multiple client cases efficiently.
• Strong research abilities and attention to detail for accurate preparation and submission of documentation.
• Proficient in using technology and tools to manage client records and documentation effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred; relevant experience in visa consultancy or a related domain will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with language proficiency exams such as IELTS, PTE, or CELPIP is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and build long-term positive relationships with clients.
