Visa Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and student/client-focused Consultant (Sales) to guide individuals through overseas education, immigration, and related pathways. This role involves understanding client goals and providing tailored guidance on study-abroad programs, visa options, immigration pathways, and associated services, while achieving enrollment and revenue targets through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and clients on suitable education programs, countries, universities, immigration pathways, and visa processes
• Assess profiles including academic background, work experience, finances, and long-term goals
• Convert inquiries into successful enrollments or service sign-ups through needs-based counseling
• Explain eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, timelines, and fee structures
• Assist with applications, documentation, offer acceptance, and coordination with relevant departments
• Follow up with leads to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure timely updates
• Stay informed about global education trends, immigration policies, partner institutions, and intake cycles

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; experience in counseling or sales preferred. Strong communication and persuasion skills, ethical approach, multitasking ability, and proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office are essential.
