Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Virtual Sales Executive to manage and grow Sophos channel business across the Pune & ROM region. This role is ideal for someone who understands cybersecurity solutions, enjoys partner engagement, and can drive business growth through strong channel relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture Channel Partners across the assigned Region.
  • Conduct regular virtual interactions with partners to drive engagement.
  • Create awareness about the complete Sophos product portfolio (Endpoint, Firewall, ZTNA, MDR, XDR, Email, Cloud, etc.)
  • Understand partner business models, strengths, and focus areas.
  • Encourage and enable partners to grow Sophos business.
  • Drive pipeline creation, deal closures through partners.
  • Enable partner teams through sales and technical trainings, webinars, and enablement sessions.
  • Work closely with internal teams for deal support, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Track partner performance and ensure consistent business growth in the region

Skills & Requirements
  • Experience in cybersecurity / IT security products sales (Channel sales preferred)
  • Strong understanding of channel-driven business models
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual sales environment
  • Proactive mindset with a strong focus on business growth and partner success
