Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) - Outbound - Immediate Joiners

Location: Navi Mumbai (Work From Office)

Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience: Minimum 1 Year Sales Experience in BFSI (Mandatory)

Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Fixed Week Off)

Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Fixed Shift)

Communication Mode: Voice (Sales)

Role Overview:

We are hiring Virtual Relationship Managers for a leading MNC handling the Mutual Fund Outbound Process. The role focuses on customer engagement, promoting mutual fund products, and building strong customer relationships through outbound sales calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to promote Mutual Fund products

Understand customer investment needs and recommend suitable mutual fund solutions

Maintain regular follow-ups to improve conversions and relationship building

Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets

Maintain customer interaction records in the CRM system

Follow regulatory, process, and quality guidelines

Build long-term customer relationships through professional communication

Required Skills:

Excellent English communication

Strong persuasion and relationship building skills

Ability to handle objections and perform needs-based selling

Target-driven mindset with strong sales focus

Basic computer knowledge for CRM documentation
