Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen and grow relationships with existing First Wealth customers.
- Acquire new Non-Resident (NR) accounts and generate qualified referrals.
- Drive remittance business across managed and sourced portfolios.
- Conduct virtual client meetings and deliver superior customer service.
- Promote usage of mobile banking, Optimus App, and digital banking platforms.
- Cross-sell pre-approved banking products such as credit cards, loans, insurance, and investments.
- Profile customers and recommend suitable financial solutions based on their goals.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for digital platforms, bill payments, SIPs, insurance, and investment products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for closures of retail asset and trade transactions.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently to maintain high satisfaction (NPS).
- Adhere strictly to bank policies and compliance guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred).
- 25 years of experience in banking, wealth management, or financial services.
- Excellent communication, client engagement, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to cross-sell and retain clients through digital and virtual platforms.
- Good understanding of banking, NR services, and wealth management products.
- Customer-centric with a focus on financial advisory and service excellence.
- High level of integrity and adherence to compliance standards.
