**Role:** Reddit Growth, **Virtual Assistant**

**Location:** Remote (India-only);

iPhone + supplied

**Salary:** 10,000/month, 1st of every month via UPI

**Work Timings**: Flexible and 8 hours daily

**Coaching:** Coaching will be provided

**What you'll do:**

- Account creation of Reddit (phone-verified, 730 day warm-up)

- Karma farming: post/comment in 20+ targeted subreddits daily while staying under spam radar

- Follow daily SOP sheet (provided) for up-vote rings, post timing, title formulas

- Track metrics (karma gain, post reach, ban rate) in shared Google Sheet

- Available for call.

**What we provide**

- iPhone (8 or newer) with Indian SIM + paid VPN

- Step-by-step video coaching & live QA sessions

- Content calendar + subreddit list + caption templates

- 24 h Discord support for urgent queries.

**Must-haves**

- 18+ yrs, Indian bank account + PAN

- Strong internet connection and Laptop.

- Fluent English typing; basic meme/cultural sense

- Can spend 23 h daily (split into 3 sessions)

**Nice-to-haves**

- Can make original memes/GIFs
