Profile: Virtual Assistant/Online Business Manager
Role: Full-time
Location: Remote - Work from home/anywhere
Work Hours: Monday to Friday / US Shift
Key Responsibilities (What you'll do)
- Online Research and Documentation: Help clients make key business decisions by providing summarized primary/secondary research.
- Maintaining Database and MIS Reporting: Be responsible for working on various databases, including data collection, cleansing, validation, formatting, and representation.
- Lead Generation & CRM:
- Find quality leads for businesses using online platforms and web scraping methods.
- Upload leads to CRM platforms, update their status, and create workflows as needed.
- Project Management and Coordination:
- Coordinate with various executives, departments, and vendors for ongoing projects and events.
- Ensure deadlines are met and promptly report any issues to stakeholders.
- Other Admin Support:Provide any other assigned support tasks to key executives in the company.
Requirements (What are we looking for)
- At least 2 years of full-time employment experience.
- A stable career employment track record.
- Impeccable written and spoken English.
- An aptitude for mathematics and logic.
- Solid experience in resolving work-conflict situations.
- An ability to be constantly self-driven and organized.
