Virtual Assistant (Part-Time, Remote India Based)

Contract Duration: 6 months

Hours: 10 hours per week (approx. 2 hours per day, flexible)

Start Date: Within 1 week

About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team with a range of administrative and data-focused tasks. This is a remote, part-time role suited to someone based in India, with availability during UK business hours (at least partially).

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile and organise data for internal reports
  • Support finance team with invoicing and simple accounting tasks
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings across time zones
  • Tag, clean, and enrich data in spreadsheets or CRMs
  • Track and compile action points from team meetings
  • Research and compile holiday calendars across countries

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in an admin or similar role
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Sheets) and ChatGPT
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
  • Clear, professional communication in English

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with invoicing software or basic finance admin
  • Previous experience supporting remote teams

Contract Terms

  • Remote, freelance basis
  • Approx. 10 hours per week
  • 6-month contract
