Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative, technical, and creative support. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently while working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling
  • Handle data entry and maintain records
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare reports
  • Manage social media accounts if required
  • Perform internet research and compile information
  • Assist with customer support via chat and email
  • Book travel and manage appointments
  • Maintain confidentiality of company data

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

  • Graduate in any discipline, preferred but not mandatory

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with Zoom, Slack, Trello, or Asana
  • Good typing speed, preferably 30 to 50 WPM
  • Basic social media management knowledge

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • High attention to detail
  • Problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or Admin Executive
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Canva or basic graphic design
  • Experience working with international clients
