About the Role
We are a fast-growing tech-enabled services company working with international (primarily U.S.-based) clients. We are looking for a highly reliable Virtual Administrative Assistant who can handle operational, administrative, and quality control tasks across multiple systems.
This role is not basic data entry. You'll be working closely with SOPs, CRMs, call audits, and internal workflows. Attention to detail and ownership are critical.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operations
- Manage and update Excel/Google Sheets (tracking, reporting, cleanup)
- Follow and execute detailed SOPs for internal processes
- Coordinate multiple operational tasks across departments
- Maintain organized documentation and records
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Review call recordings for quality, compliance, and performance
- Identify errors, gaps, and improvement areas
- Prepare QA summaries and reports
- Ensure processes are being followed correctly by team members
CRM Management
- Manage and update CRM systems (Go High Level experience preferred)
- Monitor pipelines, leads, tasks, and automation flows
- Ensure accurate data entry and status updates
- Flag inconsistencies or issues proactively
Tech & Support Tasks
- Work with tools like CRMs, dialers, dashboards, and internal platforms
- Assist with task execution related to marketing, sales ops, and delivery
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth execution
Required Skills & Experience
- 25+ years of experience in administrative or operations roles
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (filters, formulas, tracking)
- Experience reviewing call recordings or QA work (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with CRMs (Go High Level is a strong plus)
- Ability to follow SOPs precisely without constant supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and accountability
- Comfortable working with U.S. clients/time zones (11 AM - 8 PM Central US Time)
- Clear written and verbal English communication
