Role:
Vaidam Health is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videography Executive to join our content and marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with video shooting, editing, and basic motion graphics. You will also be responsible for managing podcast shoots with doctors and ensuring high-quality output across all video formats.
Responsibility:
- Shoot high-quality video content, including patient stories, doctor interviews, podcasts with doctors, corporate videos, and social media content.
- Set up lighting, audio, microphones, and camera equipment for in-house and on-site shootsincluding podcast setups.
- Edit videos for websites, social media platforms, campaigns, podcasts, and internal use.
- Create basic motion graphics, captions, intros/outros, and transitions.
- Coordinate with doctors and internal teams for scheduling and organizing podcast sessions.
- Ensure optimal audio quality for podcasts, including noise control and multi-mic setups.
- Maintain media equipment and ensure proper storage and organization of footage.
- Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute video and podcast ideas.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and follows current video trends.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, andAfter Effects (basic preferred).
- Strong understanding of camera operations, framing, lighting, and audio recording for videos and podcasts.
- Ability to manage multiple shoots and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media video formats (Reels, YouTube Shorts, and podcast clips).
- A creative portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous video and/or podcast work.
