Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Videographer to join our content production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shooting high-quality video content, including educational videos, marketing campaigns, promotional videos, and behind-the-scenes footage.

You will work closely with editors, marketers, and content creators to bring stories to life visually and authentically represent the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot high-quality video content (in-studio, on-location, or outdoors)
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop shot lists and scripts
• Set up and operate video, lighting, and audio equipment
• Capture engaging footage that aligns with project goals and brand aesthetics
• Ensure smooth execution of video shoots and meet production timelines
• Organize and manage video files, footage, and backups
• Support in post-production by coordinating with the editing team
• Stay current with videography trends and technologies to improve quality and creativity

Required Skills & Tools:

• Expertise in operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting kits, and audio gear
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and cinematography
• Experience with video shooting for YouTube, social media, and educational content
• Familiarity with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of color correction and audio syncing is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in videography
• A strong portfolio/reel of past videography work is mandatory
